DeShone Kizer selected by Cleveland Browns with No. 52 pick

The Browns have selected quarterback DeShone Kizer with the No. 52 overall pick in the NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact:
It's an unknown whether or not the Browns view him as their immediate starter, though we'd suspect it's Cody Kessler's job to start the season. Kizer doesn't lack confidence, as he recently said he can be the best quarterback in football. It's a great upside pick by the Browns who didn't have to spend massive capital in order to get him. There are some traits of Kizer's game that remind us of Ben Roethlisberger, but there is still plenty of maturing that needs to happen before he takes the field.
