The San Francisco 49ers have selected former Iowa tight end George Kittle with the 146th overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact:
San Francisco has an extremely crowded tight end depth chart headlined by Vance McDonald, Garrett Celek, Logan Paulsen and Blake Bell. With McDonald rumored to be on the trading block, the 49ers selected Kittle to fill his potential void. At this point, what happens with McDonald will ultimately assist in deciding Kittle's fantasy value for 2017.
