John Ross won't be cleared for minicamp

Cincinnati Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis told the media rookie wide receiver John Ross (shoulder) won't be medically cleared for minicamp which begins on June 13. (Katherine Terrell on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It appears that Ross will not be cleared for June's minicamp as he is still recovering from a labrum surgery he underwent after the combine. Although he'll likely miss all of Cincinnati's offseason program, the rookie wideout should make his on-field debut at training camp that begins in late July. Ross will open the 2017 fantasy football campaign in the boom or bust WR2 conversation if his healthy remains intact.
