Parker, the 14th overall pick by the Dolphins in the 2015 draft, has never quite lived up to his predraft hype. While battling and playing through injuries, he's only caught 82 targets for 1,238 yards and seven touchdowns in 30 career games. With Jarvis Landry, Kenny Stills and Julius Thomas expected to draw the top opposing defenders, Parker could finally have his breakout season in 2017 if his health remains intact.
