James Conner signs rookie deal

Fantasy Impact:
Conner will spend the offseason competing with Fitzgerald Toussaint for the role of Le'Veon Bell's primary backup. Due to Bell's injury history, plus, his off the field issues, Conner could be worth a late-round flier in upcoming fantasy drafts if he does, in fact, beat out Toussaint as Bell's handcuff.
