Fantasy Impact
Petty also said that he will participate in next week's OTAs now that his shoulder is fully recovered. The 25-year-old signal caller will compete with Christian Hackenberg for the remainder of the offseason to see who will emerge as New York's No. 2 quarterback behind Josh McCown, the presumed starter for the upcoming season. Unless Petty starts, he will garner zero fantasy value for 2017.
