NFL Network's Ian Rapoport is reporting Miami Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill (knee) has "no restrictions" at OTAs. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Tannehill, who appears to be fully recovered from ACL/ MCL injuries suffered late in the 2016 season without surgery, is crediting his speedy recovery to stem cell therapy, per reports. The impending sixth-year starter is expected to take a dramatic leap in his on-field performance in 2017 due to the presence of second-year head coach Adam Gase, who is touted a quarterback whisperer. With a nucleus of Jay Ajayi, Jarvis Landry, Julius Thomas, Kenny Sills and DeVante Parker surrounding him, the pieces are in place for Tannehill to succeed and finally live to expectations. From a fantasy football perspective, however, still view Tannehill in the mid-to-back end QB2 tier until signs of improvement are evident.
