Jamaal Charles 'close to full speed'

Denver Broncos beat writer Mike Klis is reporting running back Jamaal Charles (knee) is "doing some cutting" and is running "close to full speed" at OTAs. (Mike Klis on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Charles, who is recovering from multiple knee surgeries, is participating in OTAs in a limited capacity -- he has yet to wear his helmet or participate in any team drills. Although any participation is progress for the 30-year-old rusher, his health remains a huge question mark moving forward. Charles is currently slated as Denver's No. 2 running back behind C.J. Anderson, but reports suggest that there is an open competition for the starting job.
