In the wake of learning of his impending release or trade, Decker, who underwent offseason hip and knee surgeries, was cleared for football activities Tuesday. It's a tidbit of good news for a player who is out of a job. However, don't expect the veteran receiver to linger on the open market for very long. Not only has he received a clean bill of health, but there are a plethora of wide receiver-needy teams that will likely be calling on him. Expect Decker, 30, to land with a potential contender as he is entering the back end of his career.
