Jonathan Williams found not guilty in DUI case

by Anthony Cervino | Commanders Correspondent | Sat, Jun 10th 7:28am EDT

Buffalo Bills beat writer Mike Rodak is reporting running back Jonathan Williams was found not guilty Thursday on a July 2016 DUI charge. (ESPN)

Fantasy Impact:

Now that Williams was found not guilty, he will no longer face any disciplinary action from the NFL, and barring injury, will be on the field for Week 1 of the 2017 regular season. In the wake of Mike Gillislee's departure via free agency to the New England Patriots, Williams is slated to enter the upcoming season as LeSean McCoy's primary backup and handcuff for fantasy football purposes. Williams is worth a late-round flier in fantasy drafts as he could pick up where Gillislee left off as Buffalo's goal line back.
