Luck, who is recovering from offseason shoulder surgery, told the media Tuesday that he is uncertain about his availability for the start of training camp next month. However, even if he is not ready for camp and is ultimately held out of the preseason, Colts brass maintain that their franchise signal caller will be on the field for Week 1. Expect more clear cut answers as training camp approaches in late July.
