Jason Peters signs one-year extension with Eagles

Left tackle Jason Peters signed a one-year extension with the Eagles on Wednesday, just a day after saying he wanted to spend the rest of his career in Philadelphia. Ian Rapoport reports the extension puts him on the books for $32.5M max over 3 yrs, with $15.5M in guarantees. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Peters, though he is older now, is still one of the best left tackles in football. Getting him locked down for a few more seasons means the Eagles can focus on improving the interior of their line while Peters and right tackle Lane Johnson continue to serve as one of the better tackle combinations in the NFL.
