Fantasy Impact:

Matthews, who missed all of the team's mandatory minicamp with knee tendinitis, told the media Thursday he "expects" to be ready to make a full return to football activities at the start of training camp in late July. The fourth-year wideout is slated to open the 2017 season as Philadelphia's No. 2 receiver behind Alshon Jeffery and ahead of Torrey Smith, who were both offseason additions via free agency. Coming off of a solid 73-804-3 season in 2016, Matthews appears poised for a big year as he is no longer the Eagles' top threat at wide receiver. Jeffery's presence should also greatly help take the pressure off of Zach Ertz in the passing game as well.
