Mike Williams to return for training camp?

Fantasy Impact:
Williams is dealing with a mild disc herniation which he sustained during his first practice of rookie minicamp and has been sidelined since. The rookie wideout is already falling behind the rest of the team and would be a dire setback if he is unable to return at the start of training camp in late July. Currently, Williams' fantasy outlook is up in the air since his role and injury situation is in question.
