Coach Sean McVay expects Tavon Austin to be a big part of the Rams offense, saying the coaching staff have thought of different ideas on ways to use the versatile WR. (nfl.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Austin has been a disappointment, so far in his career, but with McVay as the man in charge hopefully that will change. Only utilized as a gadget player by the previous regime, Mcvay has the potential to establish Austin as a deep threat, and a more useful possession WR. Austin has the ceiling to be a poor man's Desean Jackson, if everything falls in his favor. The WR is expected to be ready for training camp after he had off-season wrist surgery.
