Fantasy Impact:
Peppers is the only first rounder taken outside the top 10 who has yet to sign aside from Gareon Conley, who is dealing with a legal issue. It would be surprising if this situation was not resolved prior to training camp. Here's a guy that has a chance to make a big impact on the defensive end for the Browns. The Browns finished as one of the worst defenses in all of football last season.
