Le'Veon Bell to play 2017 under franchise tag

ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting the Pittsburgh Steelers and running back Le'Veon Bell did not come to terms on a new long-term deal before the 4 PM deadline. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Schefter is also reporting that Bell has yet to sign his one-year, fully guaranteed $12.1 million franchise tender. Therefore, he is not "obligated" to report to training camp. Schefter later added that Bell may not report to the team until "mid-to-late August."
