Le'Veon Bell fully recovered from offseason surgery

by Anthony Cervino | Wed, Jul 19th 7:49am EDT

Pittsburgh Steelers beat writer Jeremy Fowler is reporting running back Le'Veon Bell (groin) is "fully recovered" from offseason groin surgery and "should be ready" for training camp. (ESPN)

Fantasy Impact:

With Bell's contract status behind us -- he'll play the 2017 season under the franchise tag -- the focus is put back on the elusive rusher's health. After undergoing groin surgery early in the offseason, Bell is "fully recovered" and would be ready for the start of training camp next week if he was to report. However, because he has yet to sign his fully guaranteed $12.1 million tender, he is not obligated to arrive at camp with the rest of the club. Per reports, he is not expected to sign his tender until "mid-to-late August."
