Joe Flacco to miss multiple weeks with back injury

Updating an earlier report, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport is reporting Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco (back) is "preparing" to miss the next three-to-six weeks with a back injury. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Earlier in the day, it was reported that Flacco was dealing with "back soreness", but the severity of the injury and his recovery timeline were still uncertain. Now, Rapoport is reporting that Flacco will likely be sidelined for the next "three-to-six weeks with a disc issue in his back," leaving his availability for Week 1 in question. Expect Ryan Mallett to seize the majority of the first team reps while Flacco is out.
