Quincy Enunwa dealing with an apparent neck injury

by Anthony Cervino | Mon, Aug 7th 9:54am EDT

New York Jets beat writer Ralph Vacchiano is reporting wide receiver Quincy Enunwa (neck) suffered a neck injury Saturday. (SNY)

Fantasy Impact:

Unofficially, Enunwa suffered a neck injury Saturday while playing in the Jets' Green and White scrimmage, per Vacchiano. Although reports suggest he remained on the ground for several minutes, he eventually stood up and walked into the locker room under his own power. Monitor Enunwa's situation carefully until he is officially diagnosed. He is slated to enter 2017 as the Jets' WR1 and his absence would be a catastrophic loss to a rebuilding team with limited talent at wideout. Robby Anderson is next in line for New York's WR1 spot if Enunwa was to miss extended time.
