According to the Boston Herald's Jeff Howe, Brandin Cooks has been impressive throughout the offseason and has "put on a clinic" during joint practices with the Jaguars this week. (Boston Herald)
Fantasy Impact:
Cook's field-stretching ability adds an explosive element that the Patriots' passing attack and expect Tom Brady to look for him often this season. But the team also does not care about fantasy numbers so there will be weeks when Cooks is a decoy and players like Julian Edelman and Rob Gronkowski see all the targets. Cooks is worth an early round pick but will have some big weeks mixed in with some games with low production.
