Marcus Mariota plays two drives against Jets

QB Marcus Mariota finished 2-of-3 for 15 yards in his 2017 preseason debut against the Jets. He also added six rushing yards on one carry.

Fantasy Impact:

The Titans offense looked sluggish, but the big takeaway fantasy-wise is that Marcus Mariota is fully recovered from his broken leg injury. He didn't look hampered at all while running out of the pocket, and he took his first hit on a sack without any anxiety. It was comforting to see he didn't lose any speed due to the injury. Mariota may be primed for a breakout season of sorts, considering the amount of new additions to the passing game. He is a high upside QB to target in the middle to late rounds of fantasy drafts.
