Cody Latimer dealing with knee injury for past year

Cody Latimer told a local news outlet that he has been dealing with a sore patella tendon issue for the past year. The issue has acted up recently and may hold him out of the Broncos' second preseason game. (Troy Renck on Twitter)

It's not clear exactly what's causing Latimer's injury, but one has to wonder if some sort of corrective procedure is called for, considering how long the issue has allegedly been plaguing him. In any case, this is just another reason for fantasy owners in all formats to continue to ignore Latimer. If the issue lingers, Latimer could be a roster casualty prior to the start of the season.
