Trevor Siemian to be named Broncos QB1?

by Anthony Cervino | Jets Correspondent | Mon, Aug 21st 7:21am EDT

ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting that "all signs now point" to Trevor Siemian being named the starting quarterback for the Denver Broncos for the 2017 season. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

It doesn't surprise me that Siemian is the favorite to emerge as Denver's QB1. Not only is he more experienced -- he appeared in 14 games in 2016 and accumulated a 3,401-18-10 QB stat line -- but Paxton Lynch has done very little to impress this offseason. In fact, Siemian reportedly has won the position battle by a "growing margin." Broncos head coach Vance Joseph could announce his 2017 starter as early as Monday.
