Alex Smith unimpressive against Seattle

Alex Smith completed seven of 17 passes for 44 yards and added two rushing attempts for four yards in Friday's preseason loss to Seattle.
Fantasy Impact:
Smith played through the first half in this one and, although it was his worst performance of the preseason, he can be forgiven for struggling against the tough Seattle defense. Smith has been confirmed as the Chiefs' starter, and although he may be looking over his shoulder at Patrick Mahomes, he should have plenty of rope.
