Fantasy Impact:
No surprise here. Dixon will miss the entire season with a torn meniscus. He's off the radar in redraft leagues, but could be a buy-low (nearly free perhaps) Target in Dynasty formats. Terrance West is mediocre at best and Danny Woodhead will be 32 this season, so there could be opportunity next year and beyond if Dixon can make a full recovery.
