Sammie Coates traded to the Browns

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport is reporting that Sammie Coates has been traded to the Cleveland Browns in exchange for a sixth-round pick. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This doesn't do much to the fantasy landscape for Coates, as he's likely down on the depth chart for multiple weeks. Still, it's not a bad flier to take on a wide receiver who flashed at times in 2016. He finished with more than 50 yards in each of the first five games, before suffering a hand injury that hampered his ability to catch footballs. We knew this may have been the case when the Steelers drafted JuJu Smith-Schuster as high as they did. The underlining portion of this trade shows the confidence that the Steelers have in Martavis Bryant, who was recently reinstated by the NFL.
