Fantasy Impact:
In a surprise move, the Bills cut Williams on Sunday. Once slated to open the year as LeSean McCoy's primary handcuff, Williams will now look for a job one week before the start of the regular season. Barring a roster move, Joe Banyard is the Bills' new RB2.
