Andrew Luck ruled out Week 1

Indianapolis Colts general manager Chris Ballard told the press quarterback Andrew Luck (shoulder) will not play in Week 1. (Field Yates on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
As expected, Luck is officially ruled out of the season opener against the Rams. In his absence, Scott Tolzien will get the start. Tolzien should only garner fantasy value in leagues in which you can start multiple quarterbacks. However, it will be minimal value at best. Consider him in the back-end QB2 tier.
