Fantasy Impact:

As expected, Luck is not playing in Sunday's Week 2 matchup against the Cardinals. He could be sidelined into October, per reports from yesterday morning. Since Scott Tolzien struggled mightily against the Rams in Week 1, ultimately leading to his benching in favor of Jacoby Brissett, expect the latter to be named the Week 2 starter. If Brissett indeed gets the start, however, he'll hold zero fantasy value until he can prove he can be more effective than Tolzien. Until the Colts show some signs of life, expect T.Y. Hilton and company to struggle.
