Philip Rivers moves the ball but can't finish up drives

Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers was solid on Sunday, but unable to finish off drives with scores in the Week 2 loss to the Dolphins. Rivers completed 31 of 39 passes for 331 yards and one touchdown.
Fantasy Impact:
Rivers was let down by his rookie kicker, who for the second week in a row missed a field goal at the last second that would have either won or tied the game. Instead, Rivers will take his 0-2 Chargers back home to face off against the Chiefs in Week 3.
