Frank Gore scores to salvage Week 2 performance

Frank Gore carried the ball 14 times for 46 yards, including a long rush of 13 yards. He also found the end zone once against the Cardinals.
Fantasy Impact:
Gore continues to show a decent floor but a very low ceiling. Without a touchdown, he is essentially not startable given his volume and efficiency. Gore should be viewed as a fringe flex play or bye week fill. That may change if/when Andrew Luck returns, but for now, he is a tough guy to play each week for fantasy. He at least draws the Browns next week, which might help the game script, so he could be used as a flex play, though a risky one if he doesn't score.
