Marlon Mack steps backwards in Week 2

by Mark Leipold | Cardinals Correspondent | Mon, Sep 18th 9:00am EDT

Marlon Mack carried the ball six times for negative three yards in Week 2 against the Cardinals. He added one catch for 11 yards to end his day with a total of seven touches for eight yards.

Fantasy Impact:

This burned anyone who started Mack based on his TD from last week and showed Mack's true colors. He is a very enticing boom/bust play and has big-play capability, but will not see enough volume in the near future to be worth a start or even a waiver claim. For now, leave Mack on the waiver wire. For dynasty players, Mack is a nice stash for whenever Frank Gore eventually moves on.
