Philadelphia Eagles D/ST records four sacks Sunday against Chiefs

by Mike Maher | Eagles Correspondent | Mon, Sep 18th 9:57am EDT

The Philadelphia Eagles D/ST unit sacked quarterback Alex Smith four times on Sunday but allowed 27 points and did not force any turnovers in a loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Fantasy Impact:

Despite the point total and lack of turnovers, the Philadelphia D/ST actually played very well on Sunday. Their front seven applied constant pressure and bottled up running back Kareem Hunt until he broke a long run late in the game, and the secondary held their own despite losing starting safety Rodney McLeod and backup safety Jaylen Watkins to injuries.
