Andrew Luck ruled out for Week 3

ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck (shoulder) is ruled out for Week 3. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The Colts have already declared Luck out for Sunday's Week 3 matchup against the Browns with his lingering shoulder injury. There is no question Jacoby Brissett, who almost led the Colts to victory in Week 2, will make his second straight start this week against Cleveland. Although he shouldn't be considered a safe fantasy play, Brissett's presence will boost the reliability of Jack Doyle, who snagged all eight of his Week 2 targets for 79 yards.
