Shane Vereen the Giants' leading rusher in 24-10 loss

Shane Vereen showed his versatility both in carrying and catching the ball despite the Giants' crushing loss to the Detroit Lions. Vereen had the most carries, six, and gained 28 yards rushing. The Cal product also caught three passes for 27 yards.
Fantasy Impact:
Vereen is a solid weapon and might be the Giants' most effective rusher despite the O-Line's issues. However, the other passing targets around him and ineffectiveness of the Giants' offense makes him hard to be seen as much more than depth on deep PPR teams.
