New York Giants D/ST turn in average performance against Detroit Lions

The New York Giants D/ST managed more fantasy points than last week but still didn't look as good as they did all last year. They gave up 24 points, including a punt return TD, but managed three sacks and a fumble recovery.
Fantasy Impact:
The Giants defense got pressure on the QB in spurts and forced its first turnover of the season but it was clear it was missing its top CB, Janoris Jenkins, both in run support on the edge and in pass defense. It's a solid unit still and has a chance to rebound against a solid but unspectacular Eagles unit next Sunday.
