Jamie Collins not expected to play in Week 3

The Cleveland Browns are expected to be without outside linebacker Jamie Collins in Week 3. Collins suffered a concussion during Week 2's action against the Ravens.
Fantasy Impact:
Collins is still in the concussion protocol and it appears unlikely he will be cleared in time to play. Look for James Burgess to take Collins' spot in the starting lineup. Collins has made 11 combined tackles for the Browns this season.
