Rob Gronkowski (groin) told reporters Friday that he is good to go for Sunday's contest against the Texans, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports. "I'm ready," Gronkowski noted with reference to the Patriots' Week 3 home game against Houston. (Mike Reiss on Twitter)

Ultimately Bill Belichick has the final say on whether or not Gronkowski goes on Sunday. But all signs point to the 28-year-old tight end being able to play. Fantasy owners may want to have a backup plan just in case.
