NFL Network's Ian Rapoport is reporting that the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has set their hearing date for Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott for October 2. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Now that the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has set their hearing date for Oct. 2, Elliott will be able to play for at least the next two games. However, if the court rules in the league's favor, his suspension could begin as soon as Week 5. If Elliott is ultimately suspended, Darren McFadden and Alfred Morris will handle the Cowboys' RB duties in his absence.
