The New Orleans Saints have ruled out rookie starting cornerback Marshon Lattimore (concussion) and veteran backup cornerback Sterling Moore (chest) for Sunday's game at the Carolina Panthers. (espn.com)

With both CB Latimore and CB Sterling out the Panthers can make this interesting if they decide to go pass heavy Sunday. FS Marcus Williams and CB P.J. Williams might be strong plays this weekend for fantasy owners.
