Fantasy Impact:
Although Newton practiced as a limited participant throughout the week, he is a full-go for Sunday's favorable matchup against New Orleans. Facing a defunct Saints defense, Newton could be in line for his breakout game of the young 2017 season. He could be started with confidence as a borderline QB1/ QB2 in Week 3.
