Jordan Reed a game-time decision for Week 3

ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting Washington Redskins tight end Jordan Reed (chest/ shoulder/ toe) is a game-time decision for Week 3. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Although Schefter is reporting that Reed is a game-time call for Sunday night's plus matchup against Oakland, the NFL Insider believes the ailing TE is more on the "unlikely" side of ultimately playing. Since this game falls as the Sunday night finale, Reed's playing status is not expected to be known until pregame warmups, making him a risky fantasy consideration. It is safe to say that barring an unforeseen turn of events, fantasy owners should roll with another option at TE for Week 3. Vernon Davis, whose had success filling in for Reed in his tenure in Washington, will start if Reed cant go.
