Chris Hogan on track to play Week 3

Fantasy Impact:
Although he is dealing with a knee injury, there was never any real doubt that Hogan would miss Sunday's matchup versus Houston. A limited participant at practice this week, Hogan is a hit or miss Flex option for Week 3 on a loaded but knicked up New England offense.
