Fantasy Impact:
Reed is officially ruled out for Sunday night's matchup against the Raiders with multiple injuries that includes his chest, foot and toe. In Reed's absence, Vernon Davis will enter step into the Redskins' TE1 spot for Week 3. Since Davis had had success in this offense in the past while Reed was sidelined, he could be an upside last-minute spot start for Reed owners.
