Jordan Howard has monster game

by Brian Riedmiller | Mon, Sep 25th 3:04pm EDT

Bears running back Jordan Howard had his first huge game of 2017 in the 23-17 overtime win against the Pittsburgh Steelers, with 138 yards and two touchdowns in 23 attempts, and 26 yards on five catches.

Fantasy Impact:

Howard owners might have had some worries about rookie Tarik Coken cutting into his workload, but with how much the Bears have shown they want to run the ball this year, it is obvious that the larger-bodied Howard will maintain his RB1 status with his role between the tackles. The Bears get their division foe Green Bay next week, and the coaching staff will surely want to keep the ball out of Aaron Rodgers' hands as much as possible.
