Kenny Stills to play Week 4

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport is reporting Miami Dolphins wide receiver Kenny Stills (hand) will play Week 4. (Ian Rapport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It appears Stills will play through his hand injury in Sunday morning's London matchup against the Saints. However, since Jarvis Landry and DeVante Parker are commanding the bulk of Jay Cutler's targets on a struggling offense, Stills' fantasy value remains extremely dependent on TDs, as it was last season. In a favorable Week 4 matchup facing one of the league's most horrendous secondaries, however, the big-play or bust wideout is nothing more than a reach Flex option in deeper leagues.
