Matthews is expected to undergo a procedure this week to have a pin inserted into his thumb to repair an injury suffered in Week 4's surprising win over Atlanta. As a result, Matthews could miss at least one month of football activities. Zay Jones and Charles Clay are now the first-place Bills top pass-catching threats in Matthews' absence.
