Joe Flacco doesn't turn ball over in Ravens' Week 5 win
by Alex Murray | Colts Correspondent | Mon, Oct 9th 2:41pm EDT
Joe Flacco went 19-for-26 for 226 yards through the air with no touchdowns and no interceptions in a convincing 30-17 win over the Raiders in Week 5.
Fantasy Impact:
This was far and away Flacco's best game of the season as far as the Ravens are concerned, as he went a whole game without throwing a pick for the first time since Week 11 of last season. Without any touchdown passes, it was another dud fantasy-wise though. Flacco found Mike Wallace a couple times for big gainers, reminding us he still can and will throw the deep ball successfully, but Flacco's still not a realistic fantasy option at quarterback. Even with a favorable matchup against the Bears this week, he's nothing but a desperation play.
