Ezekiel Elliott's six-game suspension is reinstated

by Mike Maher | Patriots Correspondent | Thu, Oct 12th 5:41pm EDT

Ezekiel Elliott's suspension has been reinstated after the 5th court of appeals ruled against the running back today, according to the Associated Press on Twitter. The Dallas Cowboys are currently on their bye week, and the team and Elliott will both likely evaluate their legal options in the coming days. (Associated Press on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

The bye week gives the Cowboys, Elliott, and fantasy owners some time to figure things out. According to Adam Schefter on Twitter, Elliott's lawyers still can refile in Dallas or fight it in New York, so this battle is not over yet. If Elliott does miss some time starting in Week 7 due to this suspension, now is a good time to see if Alfred Morris is owned in fantasy leagues.
